SURFING
The 2009 Surfing program has concluded and local Surfing clubs have recently met with CCAS management regarding the format for the 2010 Program.
BASKETBALL
TWELVE former Central Coast Academy of Sport Basketball program scholarship holders
have been selected in the NSW under 18 Men’s and Women’s state squads, which held
final selection trails at Gosford City Sports Stadium, Terrigal last weekend
RUGBY UNION
Twenty two athletes have been selected for the 2009/10 Rugby Union Program which will commence on Monday 19 October with an Orientation ceremony at The Bay Sports Club.

DAWSON AND GASPAROTTO TAKE TOP HONOURS!
Academy athletes Matt Dawson and Elyssia Gasparotto took honours in the Central Coast Express Advocate Sports Stars of the Year Awards. Matt was selected as the Junior Sports Star of 2009 for his achievements on the hockey field and Elyssia was awarded the Young Achievers award for her efforts in swimming, surf life saving and basketball.
